On July 15, the Safavi Impact Institute organized a hands-on workshop in cooperation with PwC for highly qualified Ukrainian professionals. Twenty-seven participants received exclusive insights into PwC’s recruitment processes, career opportunities, and current trends and specific characteristics of the Austrian labor market.
Experts from PwC’s Human Capital department shared valuable tips on how to prepare for job interviews, create impactful CVs, and position oneself successfully in the recruitment process. In addition, participants had the opportunity to ask questions and engage in direct exchange with company representatives.
“I was deeply impressed by the competence, education, and motivation of these women – a tremendous asset for our economy,” emphasized Georg Beham, Managing Director, Partner, and Cybersecurity Leader at PwC Austria. He called for active support of such initiatives and encouraged companies to discover new talent for the Austrian labor market.
The collaboration with PwC highlights how important direct dialogue between companies and qualified job seekers is. Formats like this make a valuable contribution to professional integration and open up new perspectives – both for displaced women and for the Austrian labor market.
