This week, the Safavi Impact Institute launched the first two modules of the workshop series “Fit for the Future: Applying in the Digital Age.” With the start of the series, the Institute continues its structured support for women preparing for the digital application process and the Austrian labor market. The workshops are delivered by Elisabeth Wieninger in cooperation with Forming Futures.
The initial modules focused on current digital application processes and the development of professional application documents. Participants worked on CVs and cover letters and examined the targeted use of digital tools in the application process.
The workshop series follows an interactive format. Participants worked directly on their own documents, received individual feedback, and addressed specific questions from their application experience. Small group settings enabled focused work and professional exchange.
The upcoming modules will focus on online job interviews, professional online self-presentation, and the use of platforms such as LinkedIn.
Through this workshop series, the Safavi Impact Institute and Forming Futures support participants in strengthening their professional prospects in the Austrian labor market.
