The four-part workshop series “Fit for the Future: Applying in the Digital Age” has concluded at the Safavi Impact Institute. The program was delivered in cooperation with Forming Futures and facilitated by Elisabeth Wieninger.

Throughout the series, participants explored key aspects of applying for jobs in Austria. The focus was on digital application processes, refining CVs and motivation letters, preparing for online job interviews, and developing a professional online self-presentation. The effective use of LinkedIn as a tool for job search and professional positioning was also part of the program.

The workshops were based on the participants’ own experiences and materials. By working with real application documents and practical examples, participants gained a clearer understanding of labor market expectations and were able to further develop their individual application strategies.

By the end of the workshop series, all participants had structured, market-oriented application documents, a solid understanding of digital application processes, and greater confidence in handling online interviews and professional communication.

With this workshop series, the Safavi Impact Institute and Forming Futures continue their cooperation in supporting women as they prepare to position themselves confidently within the Austrian labor market.
