With the start of the spring semester, German for Business Communication has been launched for the first time at the Safavi Impact Institute. The new course expands the Institute’s program with a focused offer aimed at strengthening professional communication skills in the workplace.

The first session was highly practice-oriented. During a simulated team meeting, participants worked on structuring arguments clearly, formulating positions precisely and responding confidently to spontaneous questions. A joint analysis of real-life phrasing demonstrated how strongly word choice, sentence structure and tone influence professional impact.

The course was developed in response to concrete feedback from our work with qualified professionals. Many participants have solid German skills and strong professional expertise, yet experience uncertainty in meetings, presentations or written correspondence. In everyday professional settings, success depends not only on subject knowledge but also on the ability to communicate ideas in a structured, audience-appropriate and confident manner.

In the German-speaking labor market, differentiated and precise communication is a key success factor. Clear structure, accurate language and a confident presence build trust and strengthen one’s professional position within an organization.

With German for Business Communication, the Safavi Impact Institute continues to expand its labor-market-oriented course portfolio and responds to the practical demands of the Austrian working environment. The coming weeks will focus on intensive, interactive training with a strong emphasis on real-world application.
