On November 12, the Safavi Impact Institute, in cooperation with the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT), hosted a workshop to test the new digital integration project Win²Work. The aim of the event was to evaluate key functions of the planned service point for displaced Ukrainian women and to gather direct feedback from real users.
Win²Work is designed to facilitate access to the Austrian labor market, streamline administrative procedures, and digitally consolidate relevant information. During the workshop, AIT presented the first modules of the future system, including a European digital wallet, a secure data exchange platform, a tool for automated CV analysis, and a community forum.
Participants from Safavi’s programs tested these features in focus groups and provided feedback on usability, clarity, and potential application scenarios. The insights collected will now flow directly into the project’s further development.
For the Safavi Impact Institute, this cooperation is highly significant: digital solutions like Win²Work have the potential to accelerate integration processes considerably and to ease the path to employment for Ukrainian women in Austria in a sustainable way.
