Year in Review and a Vision for the Future: The Safavi Impact Institute Meets with the Safavi Family

On December 10, 2024, the team of the Safavi Impact Institute met with the Safavi founding family to present the year’s achievements and shape the vision for the future. This special gathering offered space for exchange, reflection, and new ideas. 

The team looked back with pride on a year full of accomplishments. Language courses with a focus on business, law, and accounting were in high demand, as were workshops on job application preparation. Individual support enabled many women to tailor their CVs to Austrian standards, enhance their professional opportunities, and approach job interviews with greater confidence. One of the most moving successes was the psychological support program, which provided stability and guidance to numerous participants across six course cycles. 

The discussions with the Safavi family went far beyond facts and figures. At the center were the people behind the numbers: stories of women who found their place in the job market thanks to the institute’s support clearly showed how impactful this work truly is. 

With fresh energy and new ideas, the Safavi Impact Institute is stepping into the new year. Together with the Safavi family, the team remains deeply committed to guiding even more women on their path and supporting their integration into Austrian society.
