On 29 November 2025, the Safavi Impact Institute took part in the EntreCivil workshop, organised by ÖSB Social Innovation in cooperation with European partners. Our institute was represented on site by Svitlana Teliuk, who met with committed Ukrainian women seeking to strengthen their civic initiatives or develop new project ideas.
The workshop provided an intensive setting to explore key aspects of civil society work. The focus lay on structuring ideas, planning and financing projects, building effective team structures and developing strategies for greater public visibility. Participants also worked on self-management and mindfulness. The content followed a practical framework that connects project development, organisation, communication and personal resources.
At the beginning, partners from Germany joined virtually to greet the group and highlight the importance of European cooperation.
Our participation allowed us to contribute insights from our daily work with dedicated Ukrainian women. The Safavi Impact Institute has long been committed to strengthening project competencies, visibility, role distribution and self-management. These focus areas were reflected in the workshop as well, which enabled us to support the participants in advancing their initiatives and to share practical approaches based on our experience.
