Summer Festival 2025: Sharing Experiences, Celebrating Success, Growing Together

On June 25, 2025, the Safavi Impact Institute celebrated the successful completion of an intensive learning semester together with many of its participants. The summer festival offered not only music, a buffet, and warm conversations in the courtyard, it became a space for exchange, inspiration, and mutual encouragement. 

The evening began with a keynote by business consultant and psychologist Olena Tsysar, who spoke about how strategic thinking, clear goals, and good preparation can ease the path into the Austrian job market. She offered practical guidance on how to navigate a new professional environment and build confidence for the next career steps. 

A highlight of the evening was the panel discussion with three Ukrainian women who now work successfully in Austrian companies, including ACP Holding, Stephanbartl GmbH, and Egro Versicherung. They spoke openly about their journeys to their first jobs, their experiences with job interviews, adapting to international and Austrian work environments, and the cultural differences in daily professional life. Their stories underscored the importance of language skills, patience, and support networks for successful integration. 

For many women in the audience, especially those who had completed language courses and job application coaching through the Safavi Impact Institute, it was deeply encouraging to hear these personal stories. The event made clear how much strength lies in community, and how individual success stories can become collective motivation. 

The evening ended with music, coffee, and a warm summer atmosphere. A celebration of connection, hope and new perspectives.
