Professional integration through further education: Specialist terminology training for Ukrainian Women

The start of specialised German courses in accounting and office management for 20 highly qualified Ukrainian women who have fled to Austria during the war. These innovative courses are a step towards improving the skills and competencies of these women, enabling them to better integrate into the Austrian labour market.

The participants are given an intensive introduction to the terminology and concepts of accounting and office management. Particular attention is paid to the practical application of the terms and concepts learned. The focus on the active development of language skills is of even more importance. The courses combine specialised content with a focus on improving German language skills, helping the women not only to understand specialist terminology, but also to strengthen their language skills in a professional context.



The interactive courses offer a variety of learning opportunities that allow women to actively practice, communicate and gain practical experience. The Safavi Impact Institute works closely with partners to ensure that the courses fulfil labour market requirements and provide the participants with the necessary tools for a successful professional future.

The courses will not only enhance their individual skills but will also have a positive impact on their self-confidence and their ability to integrate into the Austrian labour market.
