Recently, the two-part “Step by Step to Success – Intensive Workshop for Entering the Job Market” took place, providing Ukrainian participants with valuable insights and hands-on exercises to actively shape their professional future in Austria. The workshop proved to be a valuable resource for women preparing to enter the Austrian job market and aiming to maximize their career opportunities.
In the first part of the workshop, participants focused on analyzing their professional skills and adapting their application documents to Austrian standards. Guided by experienced business consultant Olena Tsysar, who is well-versed in the specifics of Austrian corporate culture and the application process, the participants received targeted support in developing individual job application strategies.
In the second part, participants reflected on their previous professional experiences and adjusted their strategies to meet the requirements of the Austrian labor market. With Olena Tsysar’s assistance, each participant created a personalized 3-month plan to prepare their next steps with clarity and focus.
