On April 8, 2026, the Safavi Impact Institute continued its collaboration with the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT) within the Win²Work project. The second workshop focused on testing and refining key features of the digital service platform.

Building on the results of the first phase, existing modules were reviewed and further adjusted. During the workshop, participants tested the digital wallet, automated CV extraction, and the job matching system.

A key focus was the processing of CVs: the system can automatically extract information from PDF and Word documents and make it available for further use. This data is then used for job matching, where relevant job offers are identified across multiple platforms and ranked based on their relevance to the user’s profile.

Participants worked in focus groups and tested the individual features in several rounds. Structured feedback was collected to gather concrete suggestions for improvement.

The second phase confirms the continued need for digital solutions supporting labour market integration. At the same time, the workshop highlights the importance of involving the target group in the ongoing development of the project.

For the Safavi Impact Institute, the cooperation remains an important element in adapting digital tools to the actual needs of users.
